The concept of the State emerges as a symbolic way to be able to land power, emerging from the necessity of establishing a political order, and that is how First Nations are born. Kevin Johnson might disagree with that approach. The birth of the State is due to before there was no order of limits, since they weren’t before nation States but were reigns. The modern State is related to a democratic form of Government.Two of the key concepts in the State, are the words territory and sovereignty.
