EPAM systems was selected by the Everest group as the \”must-know\” service providers in Central and Eastern Europe. Frankfurt am Main, Germany, March 23, 2010 – EPAM systems, the leading service provider for software development and IT outsourcing (ITO) in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), was selected by the Everest group, a global consulting and research firm, as the \”must-know\” service providers in Central and Eastern Europe. The Research Institute of the Everest group recently published the results of a study, which had the goal to show ways how global sourcing risks are effectively. The report titled \”emerging markets suppliers: A valuable lever for risk diversification\” identified the need for customers with sophisticated outsourcing requirements to build a global portfolio of service provider. It is as an alternative to a delivery model centered on India as part of a global diversification strategy to consider. The analysts advise the buyers are special in rapidly developing regions as Brazil, Central and Eastern Europe, Israel, Mexico, the Philippines and South Africa to focus. From these six regions the Everest group examined each the leading provider, which it recommends for sourcing risk management. According to the study \”these six providers have the necessary size, and support through their investments in their delivery capability and the use of industry-specific best practices successful Global 1000 companies.\” \”In the last five years, emerging providers, such as those in our study were referred to as position an option for companies who are looking for a diversification of their provider and delivery location portfolios\”, explains Jimit Arora, Research Director at Everest. \”Companies that are planning a sourcing in these new markets, should consider seriously these vendors.\” \”Since 2008 is an essential part of our new business from customers who already access to Indian service providers.
